Red Dry Wine – Metochi Mylopotamos – Mount Athos

Description A dry red wine of organic cultivation from the organic vineyards of Mylopotamos on Mount Athos. – It stands out with its dense deep red color and the soft bouquet of forest fruits (strawberries, blueberries, blackcurrants and cherries). – It is characterized by a rich and mature aftertaste and is aged in oak barrels for 12 months. The dry red wine of Mylopotamos is enjoyed at 18-20 degrees Celsius – Accompanies excellent grilled meat, game, poultry and dry cheeses. Varieties : Merlot 80% , Cabernet Sauvignon 5% , Limnio 15% – Silver medal at the Brussels International Wine Competition in March 2006 – Gold medal at the international competition Concours Mondial in Brussels in 2009.
