Copal is a natural tree resin derived from many areas of the world, very similar to frankincense. It has a complete burn leaving nothing on the charcoal, does not finish with a woody afterburn as frankincense does, and overall has a lighter fragrance and less earthy. Fragrance notes: light lemon.
