St. John’s Wort Oil: Properties St. John’s Wort Oil has been recognized since antiquity until today for its many beneficial properties. It is made from sedge which is one of the most important flowers of the Greek fauna. According to tradition, it has antioxidant, anti-inflammatory, antiseptic, astringent and healing properties. It is considered beneficial for healing wounds, bruises and first-degree burns. It helps significantly with stomach pain, stomach ulcers, sourness, heartburn, constipation, headache, hemorrhoids, chills, burns, rashes, skin problems, pimples, eczema, psoriasis, varicose veins, calluses and even insomnia. St. John’s Wort Oil: Use St. John’s wort oil is used for spreading or lightly rubbing the part that hurts if we suffer from rheumatism. You can even soak a gauze with a small amount of St. John’s wort oil and apply topical dressings. It is great for relaxing massage. St. John’s wort oil can also be used as drinking. It is considered beneficial in cases of colitis, painful digestion and other stomach upset.
