Its unique winemaking process, the microclimate of the Metochi on the northwestern shores of Mount Athos, and the dedication of the workers and their assistants, produce and offer this NAMA, the Blessed Nama. Characteristics: Dark red color, full body, distinctive aromas with a strong aftertaste and robust tannins. Serving: Used in religious ceremonies and as a dessert wine (served chilled). Alcohol content: 10.5% The Agiopavlitiko Metochi of Saint Nicholas, located in the Monoxylitis area, is surrounded by a pine forest, large herb and aromatic plant gardens, and organic vineyards that are cared for with boundless love and zeal, in collaboration and under the supervision of the American Agricultural School. It is situated in an area with abundant running water, excellent soil composition, and an ideal environmental microclimate.
