Description The low yield per hectare and manual harvest of the Athonite Organic Vineyard, combined with the traditional 3-month aging process in oak barrels, contribute to the production of a high-quality wine with a golden-yellow color and rich aromas. Characteristics: Bright golden-yellow color, rich in aromas, refreshing sensation, distinctive aftertaste. Pairs well with: Fish, white meats, pasta, pasta with shellfish, light yellow cheeses, salads, fruits. Serving temperature: 11-13°C. Alcohol content: 12%. The Agiopavlitiko Metochi of Saint Nicholas, located in the Monoxilitis area, is surrounded by pine forests, vast herb and aromatic plant gardens, and organic vineyards lovingly and zealously cared for in collaboration with and under the supervision of the American Farm School. It is situated in a region with abundant flowing waters, exceptional soil composition, and an excellent environmental microclimate.
